Kei Gabutero is a 35-year-old teacher, photo hobbyist, freelance editor, writer, creative assistant, graphic artist, self-proclaimed foodie, coffee addict, cat lover, crime show junkie, and a musician on the side.
She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Arts at Southville International School and Colleges, took up her Master’s Degree in IT Education in Lyceum of the Philippines, Batangas, and is now “almost finished” taking up MA Psychology in Southville.
She has spent six years working as a full-time college instructor in her college alma mater, teaching AB Communication and AB Multimedia Arts subjects like photography, drawing, TV and video production and editing, animation, and design. After taking a year-long break from teaching, she’s back as a full-time instructor and coordinator, juggling that with various freelance projects for TV and print media as a photographer, editor, and graphic artist (send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any inquiries). She also plays the guitar for an indie band called KAZE (ka-ZEH).
During her spare time, she likes to travel, experiment in the kitchen, curl up in a comfortable corner with a good book, play with her cats, go on photo-walks, and attempt to eliminate her love handles with brisk-walking, badminton and XBox Kinect Sports. She dreams of going to Europe to see the Louvre, going to Japan to see the cherry blossoms, and eating at all of the restaurants inside BF Homes and Greenbelt in search of the best ramen, sisig, shawarma and beef salpicao in the Philippines.
